Celery seeds need cold exposure to germinate well, especially in warm temperature. Start seeds in seed starter 1~2 months before growing season. Prepare fertile, aerated and well-drained soil. Transplant the seedlings in a sunny/half-shady location in fall or spring. Keep soil well moist. Fertilize as needed. Harvest leaves and young stems when plant is at any stage, microgreens or mature plants at 10-12″ tall.
Culinary tips: Used in stir-frying, soup, or as herbs for seasoning.
